Payment, Refund and Return Policy
At Renew by RJ, we want our payment and refund policies to be clear before you make a purchase. The following policy applies to treatments, prepaid services, packages, memberships, products, and gift cards. If you have questions about a purchase or payment, please contact our team.
01 Completed Treatments
All payments for treatments that have been performed are final. We do not offer refunds for any treatment once it has been performed.
02 Pricing
Pricing for services is subject to change without notice. Services that have already been prepaid are honored at the price paid.
03 Prepaid Services
Prepaid services may be redeemed for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Prepayments for services are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase, provided the service has not been performed.
04 Packages
Package purchases are refundable within twenty four (24) hours of purchase, provided no service in the package has been performed. After 24 hours, package purchases are non-refundable.
05 Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. We encourage all clients to review their membership benefits and terms before enrolling so they can make the most of their membership.
06 Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products.
07 Gift Cards
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards do not expire.
08 Clinic Wallet Credit
Where a refund is approved, Renew by RJ reserves the right to issue it in the form of clinic wallet credit at our discretion. Wallet credit may be applied toward future visits and services, giving clients flexibility in managing their wellness and aesthetic care with us.
