Botox: $12 per unit
Not everyone comes in for the same reason. And not everyone wants the same result. Here are some of the most common reasons our clients look to be treated with Botox.
I’m starting to notice lines I didn’t have before.
Maybe it’s your forehead, the lines between your eyebrows, or the little lines around your eyes when you smile.
I like how I look. I want to keep it that way.
You’re happy with your appearance and want to explore whether Botox could help you maintain it.
I’ve had Botox before, but I wasn’t happy with the results.
Maybe your face felt too frozen. Or you still had more movement than you wanted. Let’s talk about what you’d like done differently.
BOTOX Cosmetic is an FDA-approved prescription injectable treatment that temporarily reduces the appearance of certain facial lines by relaxing targeted muscles.
Repeated facial expressions, such as smiling, squinting, and raising your eyebrows, can create lines that become more noticeable over time. Botox works on the muscles responsible for these movements, helping soften their appearance.
Crow’s feet are the fine lines that appear near the outer corners of your eyes when you smile or squint.
Botox can temporarily reduce their appearance while allowing your provider to tailor treatment to your facial anatomy and preferences.
Often called the “11s,” these vertical lines form between your eyebrows when you frown or concentrate.
Botox can help soften moderate to severe frown lines by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for them.
Horizontal forehead lines often become visible when you raise your eyebrows.
Botox can temporarily soften these wrinkles. Your injector will consider your facial anatomy and muscle activity when planning treatment.
Beyond forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet, Botox may also be used for a lip flip, gummy smile, jaw muscle prominence (masseter Botox), neck bands, excessive underarm sweating, and certain trapezius muscle concerns.
Want smoother lines without looking frozen?
Botox doesn’t have to eliminate every expression. Depending on your facial anatomy and treatment goals, it may be possible to soften lines while preserving some natural movement.
Some patients prefer a subtle change. Others want a smoother, more relaxed appearance. Your injector can discuss what’s realistic for you before treatment.

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Letybo are all FDA-approved prescription injectables that temporarily relax targeted muscles to soften the appearance of certain facial lines.
While they work in similar ways, they differ in formulation, dosing, and approved uses. Their units aren’t interchangeable, and the best choice depends on your treatment goals and your provider’s assessment.
At Renew by RJ, we offer all four options. Your injector can help you understand the differences and decide which may be right for you.
Most patients experience a brief pinch. Discomfort varies.
Many patients resume everyday activities shortly afterward. Temporary redness or bruising can occur.
There isn’t one ideal age. Treatment depends on individual concerns, medical history, and clinical suitability.
Botox temporarily relaxes muscles that create repeated facial expressions. By reducing this movement, it may help prevent expression lines from becoming more noticeable over time.
Botox may soften deeper wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that contribute to them. However, lines that remain visible when your face is at rest may not disappear completely and could require additional treatments.
Not necessarily. Your results depend on your treatment goals, the amount of Botox used, and where it’s injected. Your injector can adjust the dose based on how much facial movement you’d like to keep.
